Lovely Links 11

This photo is from a few weeks ago but I'm hoping for more blue skies this weekend even though it's meant to be grey and cloudy.

Here's a few lovely links from around the web that have brightened my week and will hopefully brighten yours.

Stunning origami inspired wallpaper.

Some sweet treats. Hazelnut and vanilla crumble with peaches and blueberries // Peanut butter bacon and dark chocolate cookies // Mini german pancakes dusted with powdered sugar and filled with strawberry lavender jam.

A mesmerising video on the meditation of ceramics that I could watch again and again.

I'm in love with these watercolour and Japanese paper mixed media pieces from Lisa Krannichfeld.

Excited for this book and this one.

Fantastic desktop downloads from Leah Goren. Loving the potted plants.

A few of my favourite pins.

This quote // 10 Pretty Diy Painted Pots // Giant Paper Flowers // This outfit // This space // And this collection of hand lettering.

Some thoughts on change from Jeanette Winterson.

'When we make a change, it's so easy to interpret our unsettledness as unhappiness, and our unhappiness as the result of having made the wrong decision. Our mental and emotional states fluctuate madly when we make big changes in our lives, and some days we could tight-rope across Manhattan, and other days we are too weary to clean our teeth. This is normal. This is natural. This is change.' Jeanette Winterson, 2002.

Have a wonderful weekend everybody.

This week has been a good week, although I suppose any week that starts with sugar dipped french toast is bound to be. I've been trying to soak up as much summer sun as possible. It's hard to believe september will be here in just a few short weeks.

Here's this weeks lovely links.

I can't get enough of the Diana photo app. I used it to make the image above.

Pretty amazing illustrated gifs by Rafael Varona on The Jealous Curator.

10 dos and don'ts for a simpler life on Clementine Daily.

Crafty paper flower goodness.

I've been following along and joining in with Poppytalk's annual colour week. You can check out #poppytalksummercolours on instagram to fill your feed with summer colour goodness. I think the golden yellows have been my favourite.

Got 5 minutes? Hop on over to youtube and watch 73 questions with Sarah Jessica Parker. That house, wow.

I loved seeing the colourful photos from Bright Bazaar's recent trip to Cornwall. So much blue.

More clever people making their own stamped clay bowls. Shira at Even Yaru // Heather at

Woods of Bell Trees.

And finally thanks to Apartment TherapySweet Tea & Saving Grace,  FtiaxtoTina's Dynamic Homeschool Plus and Top Inspired for sharing some the things I've made.

Have a great weekend everybody.
