MADE IN PAPER MAGAZINE FEATURE.

MADE IN PAPER MAGAZINE FEATURE.

I'm so excited to not only be included in the latest issue of Made In Paper but also be on the cover!!! Eek, you might be able to tell from all exclamation marks that I'm a little bit excited. After all, who wouldn't want to be on cover a magazine!

MADE IN PAPER MAGAZINE FEATURE.

When the lovely people over at Made In Paper got in touch last November and asked to feature my diy spring paper flower wreath in their magazine I jumped at the chance. As an avid collector of magazines and a lover of all things paper there's something special about seeing your work in print and even more special seeing it in a magazine that celebrates paper crafts in particular.

MADE IN PAPER MAGAZINE FEATURE.

Thanks to Made In Paper for including me in their magazine. I'm absolutely thrilled. If you're in Germany don't forget to look out for a copy of the magazine. It's packed full of fantastic paper projects for you to make and enjoy. I'm in love with those paper cut out decorated eggs on the cover and the magazine comes with a whole bunch of templates you can use to recreate the projects yourself.

P.S. If you're new here and want to see more of the things I make you can find all my past projects on my diy and crafts page.

DIY PRINTABLE LEAF AND SUCCULENT PATTERNED GIFT BOXES.

Print and fold these pretty succulent patterned gift boxes and make those handmade gifts extra special.

Here as promised are my succulent and leaf patterned printable boxes. I shared them last week as a desktop wallpaper and loved the pattern so much I wanted to turn them into something else as well. You may have noticed that I love a good gift box so it seemed like a no-brainer to combine the two and make a box that you can print out and use.

It's Mother's Day here in the UK at the end of the month so they're prefect if you're wanting to make a small handmade gift and need something to wrap it in. They're really easy to make too, all you need to do is print them out on some printer friendly card then fold and glue them into position. And voila, an instant gift box.

Want more gift box templates? Get your hands on the Gift Box Template Bundle and you’ll be making your own gift boxes in minutes.

9 OF MY FAVOURITE PARTY DIY'S.

9 OF MY FAVOURITE PARTY DIY'S.

Planning a party this weekend? If so, I've got nine of my absolute favourite party themed diy's to share with you including a rainbow buttercream cake and an impressive birthday cake tablecloth. Happy weekend everyone :)

DIY Donut Ballons

After I made the donut piñata, I decided I should probably just start making donut everything. And lo and behold, they already make donut balloons. But what’s a donut without its glaze? So, I made some fancy, colorful, sprinkle-adorned donut balloons for you all. And oh do I love them so!

Unicorn Piñata Makeover

Everyone loves a good makeover story, right? Well, this one’s a doozy! We’re going to show you how to transform an ordinary donkey piñata into a shiny unicorn! I’m not gonna lie, this one takes some time but it’s well worth it when the result is sparkly, iridescent awesomeness with a rainbow mane!

Tube Letters: An Easy Birthday Garland Alternative!

These tube letters, from our book, Paper Goods Projects, are a fun way to display a message, no tape or string required! And they marry type and cardboard tubes, two of my favorite things!

Birthday Cake Paper Tablecloth

I just read that the custom of birthday cakes stretches back into the days of the ancient romans. Even then, people knew the importance of flour, butter, and sugar! Though today, I’m positive that ours are much cuter and most likely taste a million times better.

Printable birthday poster

Send this colorful fold-out birthday poster and show someone they are special enough to actually get mail, not just messages, on their birthday this year. The colorful poster is also a great way to surprise a friend, teacher, or co-worker. Follow the directions to print out the poster and then tape it up over their computer, on their windshield, or on the classroom door to make a bright birthday day for a very deserving friend.

DIY Rainbow Petal Cake

With another straightforward and totally achievable DIY. Kate Wagner of The Greedy Baker is using everyday items to decorate a spectacular rainbow cake, perfect for any celebration. It’s vivid, bright and has us cheering for a supply list including zip lock bags and spoons.

Make it stand out

I bring you the cake topper of my childhood dreams… a balloon animal! My friend Michelle and I used to be obsessed with making balloon animals when we were kids. I was at the 99 Cent Store a few weeks ago and impulsively grabbed a balloon animal kit. Finally had the time to break it out this weekend and, well, the obsession quickly returned.

8. Diy Confetti Balloon - I Spy Diy.

Taper Candle Holder – DIY Multi Colored Taper Candles

Rainbow DIY Taper Candle Holder — Bring the wow factor to your home with a Rainbow DIY Taper Candle Holder. This fun project is as simple as drilling holes into a piece of wood. And it looks just as pretty unlit as it does lit.
