I've made two different beautiful designs for you in both black and white and colour. A two-page spread showing six months at a glance and a monthly dated calendar for the year.
What is a Birthday Tracker Calendar?
A birthday tracker is an at-a-glance calendar designed to help you keep track of important birthdays throughout the year. It's perfect for important dates, office use, schools and of course for personal and family use.
The two-page spread shows six months on each page with a series of lines for each month with a box for the date. With all the months of the year laid out in front of you, it's easy to keep track of your family's birthdays.
The yearly calendar is separated into individual monthly pages that are dated with boxes for the birthdays to be jotted down and topped with the month of the year. They can both be printed in A4 or US letter paper size and popped in a binder or clipboard.
Pick the one you like the best and start filling it in with loved ones, friends or family members' birthdays.

How to print your Free Printable Birthday Calendars.
Get the free download sent straight to your inbox by entering your email address into the form below.
Download the blank calendar templates (PDF format) and open the file in a PDF reader like Adobe Reader.
Go to File – Print. If you’re using an A5 planner change scale to 50%. Make sure to select “scale to fit”.
Fill it in and write down any upcoming birthdays of your friends or family on the blank template.
