There are 2 different designs to choose from. Both featuring bold “Happy New Year!” lettering, surrounded by stars, and musical notes, balloons and party poppers.
Each design is black and white, so kids can colour and customise their hats however they like. I recommend using a lightweight cardstock or a good-quality thick paper to help make the hat sturdier.
Colour in and decorate your chosen design before cutting it and folding it into cone shapes.

How To Make DIY New Year's Hats.

5. Glue along the dashed line.
6. Fold into a cone shape and stick in place to make your own cute hats.
