And the best thing is you don't have to be a fantastic artist to enjoy colouring. All you need is a pack of coloring pencils or markers (my favourites are these if you're on a budget) to add some colour and pattern to the mandalas.

What is a Mandala?
Mandala is a Sanskrit word that loosely translates to mean ‘circle’, We often associate it with circular, symmetrical designs that contain geometric shapes and patterns.
Many cultures use the Mandala as a meditation tool. In Hinduism and Buddhism, mandalas are spiritual symbols used to represent the Universe and the belief that all life is interconnected and never-ending.
Today mandala coloring pages are used as a form of art therapy. As you colour the circular patterns the repetition of the shapes and patterns helps you relax.

Print out onto your chosen paper. I recommend lightweight cardstock or high-quality paper as I find standard printer paper (typically 20 – 40 lb) too thin. When the paper is thicker it makes it easier to blend colours if you’re using colouring pencils and makes the colours more vibrant.
