CHOCOLATE MAGIC CUSTARD CAKE.

I've been baking again. More magic custard cake but this time with chocolate. The fantastic White on Rice Couple have come up with this amazing chocolate version and I couldn't resist trying it.

It's a similar recipe to the original. It does contain more milk, cocoa powder (obviously) and a couple of tablespoons of coffee. I tweaked the recipe a little and removed the coffee. I'm not a big fan, love the smell, not sure about the taste. It didn't seem to effect how the cake turned out.

See, perfect fluffy top with the magic separate layer of custard. I think I might like this even better than the original. This cake is amazing. It's a big thumbs up for chocolate magic custard cake.
