Printable To-Do Lists.

Have you ever found yourself overwhelmed with tasks, chores, and errands, only to scribble them down on a random piece of paper? We've all been there.

It's so easy to get overwhelmed! But sometimes, all you need is to get back to basics. And that's precisely where this simple printable to-do list comes in.

What better way to keep organised than with a homemade notepad? It's a surefire way to keep on top of that task list and make sure nothing important slips through the net.

Printable To-Do List Template.

You know how much I love free printables so of course I had to make a free printable to-do list. This blank to-do list template can be used to keep on top of daily tasks, as a weekly planner checklist or made into your own tearable to-do list notepad using a simple binding method.

Each sheet contains two lists with sixteen checkboxes as well as plenty of room to jot down each task. It works just as well printed out and popped on a clipboard as it does cut in half and turned into a slim to-do list pad.

Print it out and use it as a daily or weekly checklist. Jot down all those things you need to get done and keep them all in one handy place.

Getting The Most Out Of A To-Do List.

  1. Daily To-Do Lists: Start your morning by jotting down your tasks for the day. Having a visual representation can help you stay on track.

  2. Meal Planning: List down your meals for the entire week! It's a game-changer, trust me. No more last-minute “What's for dinner?” panics.

  3. Shopping Lists/Grocery Lists: Whether it's groceries, household items, or that craft supply run (you know, the important stuff!), a to-do list will ensure you don’t forget a thing.

  4. Study or Work Projects: Break down your big projects into smaller tasks. It makes daunting tasks more manageable and gives you that sweet satisfaction of ticking things off.

  5. Habit Trackers: Want to build a new habit? List them down and track your progress.

  6. Event Planning: From birthdays to weddings, having a list ensures you’ve got everything covered.

Supplies:

How To Make A DIY To-Do List Notepad.

1. Download the Free Printable To-Do List and print it out onto your lightweight cardstock or paper.

Make sure to print a good number of these to-do list sheets.

2. Cut each printed page in half using a paper trimmer or if you've got a steady hand, fold it in half and use a pair of scissors.

3. Stack all the sheets together and hold them in place using a couple of binder clips.

If you want a sturdier notepad, place a thicker piece of cardstock as the backing.

4. We're going to use a method called 'perfect binding' to make this notepad. You can find out all about it in more detail over on my post DIY Book Binding: Perfect Binding.

5. Apply a couple of thin coats of PVA glue to the top edge of your stack of pages using a paintbrush or foam brush.

I found 3-4 coats work best for this type of binding.

Make sure to let the glue dry in between each coat.

6. As the glue dries, it creates a flexible bond on the edge (spine) of the paper.

This is good for the kind of notebook where you can tear the pages off of it easily like a to-do list or a shopping list.

7. Once dry, you have your own printable tear-off to-do list pad all ready to go.
