Free Printable Floral Bookmarks To Colour.

I’m so excited to share these FREE bookmarks with you today. If you’re a bookworm or an avid colourist then I think you’re going to love them.

I’ve made a few DIY bookmarks over the years and I think these are the prettiest ones yet. I don’t know about you but as the darker nights draw in I can’t think of anything better than curling up with a good book (and a FREE printable bookmark 😉).

Two of my favourite ways to relax are reading and colouring so I thought I'd combine the two and make some pretty printable bookmarks we can all colour in and use.

You can use coloured pencils or markers to colour them in or leave them as black and white line art. The choice is yours.

There are three different floral designs you can colour again and again. Use them to keep your place in your favourite book, colouring book or notebook.

To make them extra durable, print them on 200 GSM cardstock paper or laminate them after you’ve finished colouring them in.

They make lovely gifts especially if you’ve got a book-loving friend or two. Slip them into a book your giving as a gift to a teacher, friend or family member.

What Paper Should I Use for Printing my Colouring Page Bookmarks?

To print your pages I recommend lightweight cardstock (80 lb) as I find standard printer paper (typically 20 - 40 lb) very thin.

When the paper is thicker it makes it easier to blend colours if you’re using colouring pencils and makes the colours more vibrant.

Here are a few of my favourites:

The Best Coloured Pencils.

When it comes to coloured pencils there are a lot to choose from. From the cheapest of cheap to the super expensive.

First up the super expensive:

The Mid-Range:

Cheap as Chips:

And don’t be afraid to experiment. You can try different types of paper and lightweight cardstock (textured paper, watercolour paper, super smooth paper) and try markers, gel pens, watercolour markers and even pastels.

How to print your FREE Floral Colouring Page Bookmarks.

  1. Sign up below to be sent your FREE colouring page bookmarks by email.

  2. Open the email and click the button to download the PDF file.

  3. Open the PDF file in Adobe Reader.

  4. Print out on your chosen white cardstock.

  5. Cut out and use to help you remember where you last left off in any book.

Bonus step: Laminate your bookmarks to help them last longer. If you don't have a laminating machine you could use these clever self-laminating sheets instead.

Top Tip:

I know ink can get expensive when you do a lot of printing so I like to use a HP Instant Ink Printer.

I pay a small amount every month that lets me print to my heart’s content. When my ink is running low I get replacement printer cartridges mailed straight to my house and can return my old ones for recycling.

Click here to use my referral and we’ll both get 3 FREE months. Pretty great, right?

I hope this printable weekly planner helps you get organised and stay on track. Print it out as many times as you like and get planning!

9 WEEKEND DIY'S TO TRY.

9 WEEKEND DIY'S TO TRY.

Ready for some weekend diy ideas? If you have some extra time over the next couple of days why not try one of these 9 projects.

Transformable Hairpin Leg Desktop DIY

Thanks to the beauty of powder coated hairpin legs, my new desktop space looks like a million bucks and retains that light, airy feel needed in such a small room.

Wrapped wool wall hanging

This wool wall hanging is very big on impact but surprisingly easy to make – you don’t need any craft skills, just lots of wool.

DIY Paper Cactus

These cacti don't need watering, just a little TLC and loving glances from time to time.

4. Keep on track with a printable from Kraft & Mint.

DIY Ladder Plant Stand

We always seem to end up with a few new plant babies when running to the store for something else. Then you start running into the problem of where to keep all those plants!

Beaded Beanie DIY

I loooove a good hat in winter. They keep your head warm, look cute, and help hide any bad-hair-day issues.

DIY Marbled Soap

Yes, it’s much easier to buy bars of soap, but will it be marbled, smell like eucalyptus mint, and carry the pride and joy of knowing that you made it?

DIY Avocado Buttons

One of my closet staples is a button down shirt, and I wanted to find a way to jazz it up a bit!

Woven Patch DIY

I like to think of these woven patch jeans as similar to jeans that painters wear and get paint spots all over.
