LAST MINUTE DIY HALLOWEEN VOTIVES.

Hosting a Halloween party this year? Need a little mood lighting? These Halloween votives could be just the trick.
Even though I try my best to be organised I'm afraid I'm a last minute kinda girl when it comes to party decorations so it's important that they're quick and easy to do. I spotted these orange and blue glass votives at my local Sainsbury's as well as these cool glow in the dark stickers (you can find similar on Etsy although they don't glow in the dark) and knew they'd make a perfect last minute project. I probably don't need to explain, let alone show you how to make these as they're pretty self explanatory but just in case you can find the steps below.
SUPPLIES: Coloured Glass Votives, LED Tealights, Clear Halloween Stickers.
1. Give your glass votive a wipe and get rid of any nasty smudges or fingerprints.
2. Go crazy with your stickers.
3. Pop in a tealight and away you go.
With the bright colours they're definitely more cute than spooky. I've got mine on the fireplace at the moment and they look great lit up in the evening. They might even be too cute to put away when November rolls around, what do you think?
