Not only do they look fantastic (I love a good novelty cake) but they all sound delicious as well and I promise they’re not all as to make hard as they look. The palm beach cupcakes and the thumbprint pool cookies are great ones to get the kids involved with. I know mine would love to help decorate them by adding the tiny flamingos and mini paper umbrellas.
