DIY EDIBLE CHRISTMAS GIFTS.

Diy Christmas Edible Gifts - Gathering Beauty

One of my favourite things to do at this time of year is to make edible christmas gifts. I have a few favourites I've made over the years, caramelized nuts, chocolate and hazelnut biscotti and of course the classic gingerbread are all top of my list. This year peppermint stripes and candy canes have been the thing that's caught my eye. Here's three of my favourite diy edible christmas gifts I've found and added to my must-try list.

If you've ever fancied putting a gift box together but didn't know quite where to start you might want to check out this Hot Cocoa Kit in a Box from Damask Love. I particularly love those wooden spoons topped with crushed candy canes.

This simple and delicious Peppermint Pistachio Bark made by Laicie of A Thousand Thread and featured on Coco/Mingo is the perfect treat to keep bagged up and ready to go for any of those last minute unexpected guests.

How great are these gorgeous red and white rippled Peppermint Marshmallows from A Beautiful Mess? Pop them in a jar, tie with some red ribbon and you're all set with a great christmas gift.
