Hi everyone. Here as promised is my FREE printable daily planner. This one has space to jot down all your daily goals or tasks and a nice big section at the bottom for general thoughts, notes or even a doodle or two. I love a free printable, don’t you?

You might have noticed I have a slight (cough) addiction to stationery. I can’t get enough of the stuff. At the beginning of the year, I always buy a new diary or planner. For the last few years, I’ve bought the large bando planner. But as much as I love it I’ve found myself jotting down to-do lists on scraps of paper and leaving huge chunks of the planner blank.

Instead of buying another planner I thought I’d make some minimal planner pages and share them here as well. If you missed it you can hop on over and find my free printable weekly planner from last week. I’ve been using them both and they’re a huge improvement over the scraps of paper I was using before.

On the left, they have space for six priority tasks and on the right a large box for any less important tasks or anything that crops up during the day. There’s a nice big section at the bottom to write down any notes. If you’re someone who likes to plan their days I think you’re going to find this free printable really helpful.

Some days you have nothing to do but hang out with family and maybe watch a bit of telly and other days you have a to-do list as long as your arm. For those busier than average days, I think these A4 daily planner pages are a real lifesaver.

Here are some suggestions of where and how you could use it:

  • pin it to a bulletin board or magnetic whiteboard

  • stick it to the fridge

  • on the wall of your bedroom or office

  • popped in a 3-ring binder

  • clipped to a clipboard and hung above your desk

  • place it inside a picture frame and use with whiteboard markers

  • or if you’re into digital note-making, upload it to Procreate and use it with an iPad and Apple pencil.

How do I print my weekly calendar?

  1. Download the PDF file below.

  2. Open the PDF file in Adobe Reader.

  3. Go to File – Print. Make sure to select "Fit" or "Scale to Fit" after choosing the paper size.

  4. Print as many copies as you need.

  5. Grab a pen and jot down your weekly tasks.

Top Tip:

I know ink can get expensive when you do a lot of printing so I like to use a HP Instant Ink Printer.

I pay a small amount every month that lets me print to my heart’s content. When my ink is running low I get replacement printer cartridges mailed straight to my house and can return my old ones for recycling.

Click here to use my referral and we’ll both get 3 FREE months. Pretty great, right?

I hope this printable weekly planner helps you get organised and stay on track. Print it out as many times as you like and get planning!
