Printable Houseplant Mood Tracker

If you love adding colouring pages and creative layouts to your bullet journal, this printable mood tracker is a great way to check in with yourself every day. If you already have some of my free planner printables then you know how much I love a simple planner page with a pop of colour. I’m all about keeping planning as easy as possible.

I know not everyone has the time or feels confident enough in their drawing skills to make their own hand-drawn bullet journal pages. But I don’t want that to stop you from enjoying the benefits of journaling, so I made you this printable mood tracker complete with cute plant illustrations.

Whether you're building new habits, setting personal goals, or simply looking for a fun way to keep a daily log, a mood tracker can be a good thing to include in your routine.

What is a Mood Tracker?

Mood trackers are wonderful tools for building emotional awareness. By noting how you feel each day, you can start to recognise patterns, times of the month when your energy dips, habits that lift your mood, or triggers that cause stress.

Instead of writing long entries in your daily journal, this printable PDF gives you a more visual and creative way to track your emotions. It features a grid of adorable hand-drawn potted plants, each one representing a day of the month.

Simply choose a colour for each mood you want to track (happy, tired, productive, stressed, etc.) and fill in a plant every day.

In the example above I kept the leaves the same shade of green but you could always colour them in the same colour as the pot to make a pretty rainbow plant effect.

How to print your Free Mood Tracker.

  1. Sign up below to get the mood tracker PDF sent straight to your inbox. You’ll receive both A4 and US Letter size.

  2. Download the PDF and open the file in Adobe Reader.

  3. Go to File – Print. You’ll find some tips and tricks below for printing your tracker in a range of sizes.

  4. Print as many copies as you need. 

  5. Pop it in a binder or planner.

  6. Grab some colouring pencils and start logging those moods.

If you’re using a binder, you can print your tracker at full size either on A4 paper or US letter size.

If you’re using an A5 planner, change the scale to 50%. Make sure to select “scale to fit”.

For bullet journals or notebooks, scale the PDF down and print it onto a sheet of sticker paper before sticking it in place.
