I love making printable calendars (you can find my Printable 2024 Calendar here). They're one of my favourite ways to keep organised and a great tool to track of schedules, goals, important dates and more.

What’s different about this calendar is that it's undated so you can start using it at any time and any year. If you like to put together your own planner or binder, this cute little printable calendar could be the perfect addition.

And the great thing is you can print it out and use it year after year.

Undated Blank Calendar Pages.

I love using monthly blank calendars to keep on top of upcoming birthdays, special occasions and of course, my latest blog projects. I like to make sure I'm organised and that it's all in one place.

This simple printable calendar is perfect for school, work or a home office. It has lots of whitespace with the months of the year at the top and a place for notes at the bottom of the page.

It's a one-month-per-page calendar. As it has no dates you can customise it and make it either a Monday start or a Sunday start depending on your preference.

Print it out, fill in the days of the month and you're good to go.

The calendar is US letter size (8x10 inches) but can be printed out on both A4 and US Letter paper. The minimalist design means it's printer-friendly and won’t use a lot of ink. The portrait orientation page layout makes it ideal for clipping in a binder.

I like to print my calendars on lightweight cardstock and tape it to the wall above my desk. It can also be displayed on a clipboard or popped on the fridge to help keep your meal planning, appointments, to-do lists or important events.

And for anyone who likes to keep a bullet journal, you can also print this calendar onto different paper sizes. For example, If you’re using an A5 notebook change scale to 50% and make sure to select “scale to fit” when printing.

How to use these Free Blank Calendar Templates.

I always love to see the imaginative ways people use calendars. I've seen people use them to help with budgeting, keeping track of books they've read, birthday trackers for cards and gifts, craft projects they've made, and not forgetting meal planning and goal setting.

You could use it to schedule a project, plan out your social media posts or create an editorial blog calendar. For anything moveable, I recommend writing them down on those skinny post-it note page markers and then if plans change you can always peel and reposition them as you go.

It’s the perfect solution for keeping your calendar relatively mess-free.

  • To keep track of birthdays, appointments, meetings and tasks.

  • Remembering school activities and important events.

  • For a work planner.

  • To-Do List.

  • As a school or college calendar.

  • Setting goals and marking off your progress.

  • Jotting down holidays and special events.

  • Meal planning.

  • As a cleaning scheduler.

  • Or an exercise/workout tracker.
